Rural Demand Response
  • Maintain existing services without changes
  • Encourage riders in Banks and North Plains, when possible, to use westLink, which is a more efficient and cost-effective service
westLink Service
  • Maintain existing service levels
  • Explore options to increase the number of stops and geographic coverage in Banks and North Plains
Interregional Coordination
  • Discontinue the operational subsidy for YCT Route 33 (McMinnville-Hillsboro)
  • Continue efforts to improve marketing and scheduling to facilitate more seamless connections across transit providers, including trips to and from the Oregon Coast
Community and Job Connector Shuttles
  • Maintain existing service levels for Community and Job Connector shuttles within the TriMet District
  •  Route adjustments for North Hillsboro Link and Tualatin Shuttle to increase coverage and address gaps created by recent TriMet service reductions will be completed by June 2027
SPOT Southwest Microtransit
  • Pursue grant funds to continue the service for an additional year, through June 2028, and to potentially expand to weekends
  • Explore longer-term funding options to continue the service beyond June 2028
Shuttle Stop Capital Improvements
  • Continue implementing comfort and accessibility enhancements at shuttle stops to improve the customer experience and increase community awareness, primarily along the BethanyLink route
  • Ensure facilities remain in good repair
